Alexandra Friedman comes from a family of real estate professionals, and was introduced to this dynamic business at an early age. As a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker with over a decade of experience, Alexandra brings a refreshingly candid and personable yet professional approach to the home buying & selling process.
Licensed in both New York & Connecticut, Alexandra is a member of The Private Client Team @ Compass – working alongside its founder Kevin Sneddon. Prior to moving to Greenwich over 5 years ago, Alexandra spent 7 years living & working in Manhattan. So not only does she possess a deep knowledge of both real estate markets, but she also deeply understands the critical dynamics associated with moving from Manhattan to Greenwich – making her the “go-to-broker” for young families endeavoring to make the same transition.
Alexandra has the critical experience, cutting edge tools & industry connections required to help her clients successfully navigate the increasingly complex luxury real estate landscape. Whether it’s selling a property for the highest possible price within the shortest period of time, negotiating a value price for a buyer or advising a client on how to maximize the value of a property, she is a trusted resource. Alexandra grew up in Indianapolis and graduated from Indiana University. She serves on the board of the Indiana University Alumni Association in Manhattan and is a member of the Greenwich Country Club, Doubles Club & the Quogue Club. Alexandra proudly supports the American Diabetes Association. She enjoys cooking, spinning plus spending quality time with her husband, two young sons and Lab rescue Buckley.

Like Compass, Kevin rejects a business-as-usual approach to real estate. He believes in doing things differently, leveraging state-of-the-art technology to elevate the client experience. During his prior career in financial services marketing & business development at American Express, Kevin learned that it’s not just about what you do, but how you do it. Striving to consistently perform at the highest possible level — in every way — is Kevin’s mindset. In addition to his overall business acumen, the leadership skills Kevin gained during his tenure as a corporate business executive served him well in his transition to real estate entrepreneur.
Operating as an investor/developer for several years, Kevin fostered a deep understanding of real estate investment, development, architecture and design. This experience grants him the ability to relate to the perspectives of buyers, sellers, landlords and investors as he utilizes his analytical dexterity to strategically advise clients on how to buy & sell effectively.
Operating his own brokerage for 15 years, Kevin cultivated his formidable broker prowess by closing over $800 million of transactions across every property type. Among his prolific sales, you'll find a multitude of record-breaking deals upwards of $38 million. You’ll also find an array of unique properties – including townhouses & penthouses in NYC, oceanfront & equestrian estates in the Hamptons, as well as grand estates in Greenwich. His industry accolades include being ranked one of the top 250 brokers in the U.S by The Wall Street Journal.
The Greenwich real estate market has changed dramatically. Not only are certain economic factors behind the market’s evolution, but certain qualitative factors have also hugely impacted the market dynamics. Kevin has completely embraced this change – by continually analyzing market data. He deeply understands this market, and he guides his clients accordingly.
Kevin has lived in Greenwich with his family for over a decade – and feels quite fortunate to reside in such a world class community. He and his wife DeAnne are proud parents of their son Ryan and daughter Chloe – who both attend the esteemed Greenwich Country Day School. Kevin is a member of the Board of Directors of the Greenwich International Film Festival. Kevin & DeAnne also support many other charities in Greenwich – including the Greenwich Hospital Association, the United Way of Greenwich, the Boys & Girls Club of Greenwich, the Breast Cancer Alliance and the Junior League of Greenwich.
